🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delivery across India typically takes 7–12 business days. Metro cities are usually faster; remote pin codes may take a little longer.

Will I get a tracking link?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp. Allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to activate after dispatch.

Do you ship across all of India?
Yes, we ship to most pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you at checkout.

Do you offer express delivery?
We currently offer standard shipping only. We are working on express options for select cities — stay tuned!


💵 Payment & Cash on Delivery

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! COD is available across most Indian pin codes. Simply select “Cash on Delivery” at checkout and pay when your order arrives at your door.

What online payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and all major digital wallets. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and 100% secure.

Is it safe to pay online on your store?
Absolutely. Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption. We do not store your card or payment details.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Contact us first and we will guide you through the process.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We are sorry if that happens — it is rare but we take it seriously. Just WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and verifying your return. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.


📦 Products & Quality

Are your products good quality?
Yes. Every product in the Zenvora catalogue is carefully selected for quality, durability, and design. We only stock items we would use ourselves. If something does not meet your expectations, we will make it right.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Most products come with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. For electronics (like the projector and coffee scale), please refer to the individual product page for warranty details.

The product looks different from the photos — what do I do?
Please note that slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings. However, if the product is significantly different from what was shown, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
