At Zenvora, we want every order to be something you love. If it is not, we will make it right — simply and quickly. No runaround, no drama.
✅ What We Accept for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- A photo or video of the product may be requested to process the return
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging may not be eligible
📦 Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we sincerely apologise. Here is what to do:
- Take a clear photo or short video of the item within 48 hours of delivery
- WhatsApp it to us at [Your WhatsApp Number] along with your order number
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice, no questions asked
We take full responsibility for damaged or wrong deliveries. You will never be asked to pay return shipping in these cases.
🔄 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship it back using any courier — return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility (except for damaged/wrong items)
- Once we receive and verify the item, your refund will be processed

⏳ Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be packed or dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
