📦 Dispatch Timeline
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS as soon as your order is placed. Once dispatched, you will get a tracking link via WhatsApp or SMS.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier conditions.
📲 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to activate in the courier system.
If you have not received a tracking link within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will look into it immediately.
💵 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our store and announcements.
🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding — stay tuned!
📦 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and resolve it promptly.
